This wine is a maximal expression of fino. It has been raised in old American oak casks, well over a decade, substantially longer than normal, underneath 'flor', the film of yeasts that simultaneously feeds off, nourishes and protects the wine.

It's 'very': very expressive, dry, saline, complex, intense, long, pure, breathtaking, moreish, fine wine qualities all. A wine with great contemporary gastronomic potential, combined with great history. Fino viejo Tradición: unique quality, limited production.
