The 2019 wine grape vintage in Tasmania was extremely compacted, with an exceedingly early finish. The vintage produced excellent quality with balanced fruit and acid, although yields were significantly down for certain varieties as a result of the very dry conditions.
This premium cool climate Pinot Noir has a complex black and red cherry and spice nose, supported by an intense palate of black cherry and raspberry fruits, excellent tannins and a long finish. Enjoyable now, this wine may also be confidently cellared.
