O'Leary Walker Clare Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is deep crimson with purple hues. Classic Cabernet aromas of cassis, violets, blue and black fruits, with toasty elegant oak. Sumptuous dense blackcurrant with berry fruits and choc-mint. Grainy tannins, lifted vanilla and spice from new and seasoned French oak.
The youthfulness of this wine shows great elegance and restraint. Over time it will develop powerful violets and beautiful ‘classic’ Cabernet richness. This wine will continue to improve over the next six to seven years.
