Pale straw colour .A distinctive aroma of orange blossom and fresh limes, fill the glass, backed by hints of jasmine. A generous and succulent wine, with opulent lemon and lime characters and hints of minerality. The tight linear acid structure provides a long, persistent palate.
Pale quartz-green; a single vineyard wine from Mount Barker made by Rob Diletti that is an exercise in purity. First up, lime/lemon/Granny Smith apple with a necklace of crisp, crunchy acidity to close.
