A blend of 5 clones from the Mount Barker vineyard: Gingin and Dijon (95, 96, 277, 76), each vinified separately. 10 months in both barrel and tank on lees, mlf encouraged, blended to tank prior to bottling. All the components come together to leave a trail of stone fruit and spice in their wake. A cohesive chardonnay, perhaps a little green for comfort, but lovely texture.
