Bright crimson-purple hue; holds its head up in the swells of the '17 shiraz vintage. It's supple, well balanced, varietal, and above all else, captures the way the Hunter Valley and shiraz have wrapped themselves around each other. It's got years to run.

Choc-cherry, choc-berry scents and flavours. Soft in the palate with nice balance of sour-sweetness to fruit character, good dusting of spice, nice light chew to tannins, generally a fresh feel. A vibrant expression with depth and charisma on its side. Pleasing drinking, easy drinking, elegant.
