With only 3,500 bottles made, the 2012 Brunello di Montalcino Riserva reveals luscious opulence and fruity richness. Like its peers from this hot vintage, this Riserva offers a softer and sweeter quality of fruit with extra textural richness at the back. Plenty of ripe fruit with a wealth of plum and dark berry character. Rich and powerful. Full to medium body, firm and silky tannins and a flavorful finish. I love the edgy tannins at the end that give it form. Beautiful now
