Picked in 2 batches, before and after a typical 2019 seasonal heatwave. Aged mostly in barriques, with a portion kept in stainless steel to add some freshness to the final blend. Peach and nutty, spicy oak are the obvious components on the bouquet, the palate showing some richness of texture and flavour, but maintaining its shape. Finishing with crispness and lingering nicely.
