Deep crimson with purple hues. Violets, blackberry, cassis and mixed spice dominate the nose. Blackberry and blackcurrant from the Cabernet Sauvignon are complemented by ripe plum and black cherry from the Merlot. This classic Bordeaux blend displays cedary oak, spices and mocha. Fine, silky tannins are carried by our cool climate acidity.
