Medium to full yellow colour, showing development, and the honeyed, stone fruit bouquet is fragrant, botrytis-tinged, and more than a little Germanic. There’s a tickle of sweetness which heightens the flavour. It’s more Alsace than Aussie in its leaning. The finish is firm and clean and near-dry. An excellent half-dry riesling.
