A very attractive pale yellow colour with green tints. Lifted aroma on the citrus spectrum with grapefruit and lime notes. Even though an indigenous (wild) yeast ferment, the fruit shines through. Some background 'bran meal' from the lees and oak. Citrus fruit palate that is both fresh and bright but multi-layered. Perfect acid that carries the flavours the finish plus lingering aftertaste.
