Really quite exotic - hedonistic even - on the bouquet, with a panoply of intriguing aromas; cinnamon, cedar wood, satsuma plum, white flowers and minty herbs are amongst them. Luscious; the palate is flooded with all sorts of berry flavours, the savoury and earthy nuances of the bouquet buried within them. Despite these riches, the astringency of acid and tannins keeps things tight, making its presence felt right through and defining the finish emphatically.
