De Perriere has been making ‘method traditionalle’ wines since 1920 and was one of the first houses in the Maconnias to produce Cremant de Bourgogne.
Owned by Boisset, family company ranked amongst the largest five wine producers in France, this harmoniously balanced Pinot Noir Chardonnay wine with fine bubbles is showing persistent mousse and a wonderful length in the mouth. It is fresh and powerful with aromas of yellow fruits. The 36 month ageing on lees, well beyond the minimum requirement, adds further complexity and makes this a wonderfully affordable Champagne alternative.
Drink it as chilled aperitif or with liqueur such as crème de cassis or on its own.
