100% pinot noir grapes with 20% reserve, consisting of 8/8/3/1% 2021/2020/2019/2018. All reserve wine is aged in old hogshead barrels. Aromas of red apple, ruby-red grapefruit, citrus fruits and raspberry with hints of rose petals, redcurrant, sea spray, crushed sea shells and freshly baked apple/raspberry pastries. Taut and high tensile with a fine, briny acid driveline, pure red and citrus fruits and a dry, lip-smacking finish.
