Selected fruit is sourced from cool climate vineyards across Burgundy, where limestone rich soils and a long growing season encourage bright natural acidity and refined aromatics. The colour is a brilliant pale gold with a persistent stream of fine bubbles. Aromas of green apple, lemon zest and white peach are complemented by brioche, toasted almond and delicate white flowers.
