Gosset’s refined mineral style and thrilling malic acid vitality suit blanc de blancs precisely.
The new member of the Gosset family is golden yellow with delicate green tints typical of the great Blanc de Blancs. Very fine bubbles. It is both mineral and floral with aromas of flowers and white fruits, apricot and Mirabelle plum. Very light notes of lemon, citrus fruits, crystallized quince and honey. Palate is harmonious, complex and delicate with a great freshness. A crisp and well-structured champagne with a gentle silky finish. This cuvée, with all it’s finesse, elegance and freshness is the perfect aperitif. Have it also with scallop or with crab.
100% Chardonnay. The fine and steady bubbles rise gracefully to the surface. The colour is pale golden.
The nose, both mineral and floral, reveals aromas of flowers, white fruits, apricots, Mirabelle plum and very light notes of lemon, citrus fruits, quince jelly, honey and star anise. In the mouth, one will be seduced by the saltiness and iode touch typical to the champenois terroir. White flowers mingle with a hint of toastiness. A silky and harmonious sensation for this crisp and structured champagne.
