Henriot's vineyards have been around since the 1700s, but they didn't begin producing sparkling wine until 1808, when Apolline Henriot began to make wine from her family's lands. Today Henriot is part of Champagne’s largest co.op, Terroirs et Vignerons de Champagne (TEVC). This BdB comes from 12 crus, and employs 30-50% reserve wines (including their perpetual reserve). After a minimum of 3 years, this is disgorged with under 5 g/L. Buttery brioche, green apple, and oyster shell is lit with lemon pith and peel, and threaded with an alluring flinty reduction. Impressive verve and energy in this modern, stylish wine, and the best Henriot I've tasted to date.

(Based on the 2018 vintage, dosage 3.5 g/l, aging: over 5 years, reserve wines: 20%, grape varieties – 100% Chardonnay) The champagne has a bright lemon-yellow color and numerous persistent bubbles. The initial aromas have an expressive and gourmand autolytic

Champagne Henriot has been one of the region's great family houses since 1808, celebrated for elegant, Chardonnay led Champagnes that express the finesse of the Côte des Blancs. The Blanc de Blancs is a superb showcase of the house style, sourced predominantly from prestigious Premier and Grand Cru vineyards where chalk rich soils impart purity, freshness and remarkable refinement.

A blend of carefully selected Chardonnay from outstanding village sites, this cuvée is matured extensively on lees to develop complexity while preserving its vibrant citrus fruit and signature mineral precision. The result is a Champagne of effortless elegance that balances freshness with creamy texture and exceptional finesse.

Pale gold with a fine, persistent mousse, the bouquet reveals aromas of lemon zest, white peach and crisp apple layered with acacia blossom, toasted brioche and roasted hazelnut. The palate is beautifully poised, combining vibrant citrus and orchard fruit with delicate pastry notes, chalky minerality and a wonderfully creamy texture. Long, precise and effortlessly elegant, the finish lingers with saline freshness and refined complexity.

An exceptional aperitif and a superb partner for freshly shucked oysters, lobster, seared scallops, sushi, or a wheel of triple cream Brie. Equally suited to celebration or the dining table, this is a beautifully crafted Blanc de Blancs that captures the timeless elegance of Champagne Henriot.

Cellaring: Drink now to 2034.
