A rich and toasty champagne that’s rippling with aromas of red and black berries. Serious concentration and length, the balance spot on for this sometimes challenging category. Huge finish that’s very sensual, in spite of being almost bone dry! A cuvée based on the 2017 vintage and 30% of reserve wines, disgorged on October 12th, 2021. Sustainable. Drink or hold.

Sourced from mid-slope (mi-pentes) vineyards in Ecueil, 40yo average vine age. 100% pinot noir, 2020 vintage base with 35% 2019 reserve wine. Vinified in stainless steel (50%) and French oak. 34 months on lees. Zero dosage.
