Mount Langi Ghiran Sparkling Pinot Noir Undisgorged NV, Grampians

This wine is in its original bottle, “undisgorged”. This means each bottle still contains its original yeast sediment; the broken down yeast cells forming part of the wine and bringing stunning balance to the fine acidity, and imparting layers of complexity.

There is a distinct and exciting texture in this wine too. Undisgorged also means there are no additives; no sugar dosage, no Sulphur dioxide, just luscious and delicious sparkling pinot noir.

Please enjoy as chilled as possible without freezing your wine. We recommend to store your bottle upright for the lees to settle. If you prefer your wine more cloudy then lay down your bottle.

COLOUR Cloudy red

NOSE This unique and characterful wine is bursting with fresh strawberry, grapefruit and effervescent spice, and displays a subtle fragrance of forest floor earthy musk.

PALATE There is also a gentle bready toastiness derived from the yeast lees. The palate is tight, fine and dry, balanced by a subtly creamy texture.
