Risky Business has been sourcing prosecco from the King Valley for nearly 10 years. There's an enviable consistency to style. It's seen here from the bright, just-cut green apple and citrus summery scents through to the utterly delicious lemon sorbet crunch and bubbly zing on the palate. And dry ... prosecco looks so good when it's dry and clean-cut.

Grapegrower for two decades, Rob Quenby has seen it all, grown it all and now it’s his turn to show what great vineyards and some risky business can do.
