Crafted in the heart of the Valdobbiadene hill country, this exceptional Prosecco begins with carefully selected Glera grapes grown at 820 feet above sea level on shallow morainic soils. The winemaking process is both thoughtful and precise—starting with a base wine that undergoes a gentle, three-week re-fermentation at controlled temperatures of 15–18°C. A month of extended contact with the lees enhances the wine’s depth, while isobaric bottling preserves its signature freshness and fragrance. In the glass, it shines a star-bright straw yellow, with a fine, persistent stream of bubbles that releases delicate aromas of flowers, pear, and peach-like white fruits.
On the palate, it offers a full bodied yet elegant experience, marked by stimulating freshness and a long, nuanced finish. This Prosecco’s soft texture and aromatic finesse make it a delightful aperitif and a superb match for boldly flavored starters, crustacean salads, or vegetable-based dishes.
Best enjoyed at 8–10°C in a medium-sized tulip glass that narrows toward the rim to concentrate its bouquet.
With an ageing potential of 2–3 years, this 100% Glera wine is a sparkling expression of its storied terroir.
