Crafted using the méthode traditionnelle, it’s a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier—grapes grown in the cool, high-altitude vineyards of the Pyrenees that lend vibrant acidity and fine structure.

Taltarni has been a pioneer in the Pyrenees since the 1970s, producing sparkling wines that rival Champagne in style and finesse. The cool climate and diverse soils of this elevated region are ideal for traditional sparkling varieties, giving the fruit clarity, lift, and natural balance. The Cuvée Rosé is made with the same attention to detail as the estate’s top sparkling wines, aged on lees for complexity while retaining its crisp, lively character.

In the glass, it shows a delicate blush hue and a fine, persistent bead. Aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, rose petal, and citrus blossom lead into a dry, elegant palate. Flavours of red berries, grapefruit, and a subtle creamy note from time on lees are balanced by zesty acidity and a refreshing mineral finish.
