A wine with great purity like the harvest 2009: excellent grapes picked at the top of their maturity. Ripped fruits, juicy and powerful on the nose as well in the mouth, highlighted by elegant aromas. This champagne expresses a high level of maturity by its dried fruits and brioche notes. The mouth is full, fruity, crispy and generous. It keeps a lot of freshness with a beautiful finish on white fruits and citrus flavours.
