The Brut Blanc de Blancs 2009 is exclusively made from Chardonnays selected from the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs : Oiry, Chouilly, Cramant, Avize and Oger. Produced in limited quantities, this Cuvée has been aged for 7 years in our cellars before being released onto the market.
100% chardonnay showing ripe white peaches, toasted buttered brioche and a tight core of citrussy acid.Evolves in the glass revealing a rich spectrum of citrus influenced stone and orchard fruits, with a spiced fig element. Sounds like a lot- it is. Beautiful and bold. Definitely deserves a baked salmon or roast chicken and duck-fat roasted potatoes.
