The Amarone is produced only in excellent vintages. After a careful selection of best grapes, are following a prolonged withering and a slow fermentation. It Ages for more than 2 years in oak barrels and is completed after 18 months of aging in bottle.
Intense ruby red in colour, with garnet shades. Intense and elegant cherry, ripe fruit and spices aroma, with scents of vanilla, tobacco and licorice. Taste full and velvety, Soft and enveloping.
A wine for meditation; a leading actor. It is traditionally paired with game and mature chesses. For a very special sensory experience, it has to be tested in with bitter chocolate.
Uncork at least 4 hours before being drunk or leave it for 1 hour and decant back in bottle before serving.
