Offering more richness, texture and flesh, the shockingly good 2013 Saint Joseph Blanc (all from the southern part of the appellation) is medium to full-bodied, ripe and downright sexy, with tons of fruit, integrated acidity and a great finish. Loaded with notes of white currants, citrus blossom and toasted almonds, enjoy it over the coming 3-5 years.

Bitter lemon pith and quinine qualities add grip to broad, deep tangerine and peach flavors. The citrussy note gains strength on the finish, which lingers with good sappy tenacity.
