Open-fermented, 20% whole berries, 3 days cold soak, 12 days on skins, matured for 12 months in new (12%) and used French oak, gold medal Six Nations Wine Challenge (beating Argentina's best). The bouquet is spicy and almost flowery (violets); plum is the leader of the fruit band; while oak adds to the proceedings, the tannins complete the story.

This wine is dark purple with intense aromas of violets, blackberry, plum and clove spice held together with assertive but velvety tannins. A long rich opulent palate complemented and underscored by toasty oak.
