2014 Hardys Thomas Hardy Cabernet Sauvignon, Coonawarra, Margaret River

Being a small volume wine this was handled separately to maximize its powerful yet elegant and refined style.  Closed nose at this stage but the palate has intense fruit concentration of dark blackcurrant and cherries with beautifully integrated subtle oak spice. Fine, lingering tannins giving great balance and persistence of flavor length.  A powerful wine that will reward in the cellar.
