Light yellow hue and a rich, nutty, quite complex bouquet with some barrel fermentation notes. It's soft, rounded and smooth in the mouth, with a lot of richness augmented by barrel handling. It's very dry to close and very savoury. Good long finish. 04 SEP 2015 Drink 2015–2020

Texture, flavour, spice and length. Worthy of contemplation and even of drinking by itself; it has the strength and body to hold its own. A dry, slatey, stony wine with floral highlights, tending towards a grassiness. You won't be bored, that's for sure.
