Vibrant red purple the 2014 Hilltops Cabernet Sauvignon has a distinctly varietal nose of vibrant blackberry and dark chocolate fruits, all supported by judicious use of classy French oak. This is a classically structured, full-bodied Cabernet, with silky cassis and dark chocolate fruit that finishes with fine dry chamois tannins of tremendous length. Ready for drinking now but will show full potential with medium term cellaring.
