After vinification and maceration the wine is racked in Slovenian and French oak where malolactic fermentation takes place. After aging for 12 months the wine is bottles and then further aged for 8 months before being offered to drinker.
The wine is bright ruby red colour. On the nose notes of blackberries, leather, cherries and red currant with a touch of licorice and vanilla. Sweet and persistent tannins. Drink now-2025.
