Stonecroft has the oldest Zinfandel vines in New Zealand. The vines were planted in 1993 and originated from Ravenswood in California.
A medium ruby red colour. Redcurrant, plum and boysenberry plus sweet vanilla and coconut. Zinfandel is a medium bodied red with zesty red fruit flavours of raspberry, redcurrant and boysenberry together with notes of sweet vanilla and coconut. It has good tannins and acidity with a long length and a smooth finish.
