74% Sauvignon Blanc, 26% Semillon. Sauvignon Blanc was matured for 5 months in French oak (100% new).

Although conditions were similar to 2014 vintage, the 2015 wine is characterised by lots of perfume, purity and great elegance whereas the 2014 wine is more about fruit power and purity.Delightful combination of fresh cut grass, spicy and vanillin oak aromas are supported by tropical notes.The palate is deep, rich and vibrant fruit lifted by mineral flavours. Very complex already with lovely Chilean guava notes and toasty characteristics. A brilliant example of this classic blend that can be enjoyed now or aged for up to 15 years

A 74/26% blend fermented and matured in new French oak for 5 months. The complex bouquet brings toasty oak, cut grass and hints of stone fruit (also lurking in the Mangan SBS)into play, the palate pulling out all the stops with its mix of tropical fruits and citrussy acidity.
