Fermented in cement tanks with indigenous yeasts and aged in large untoasted oak casks for 12 months.The 2015 Superiore wine is mid cherry. Nicely rocky/dusty quality to the pure, fresh dark fruit. Deliciously succulent with spicy, dark cherry and wild headgerow fruit. Savoury too. Beautifully balanced and harmonious. Both smooth and tangy. Finishes so long and fresh.
