The vineyards are farmed lutte raisonée and fruit is rigorously sorted before aging in 30% new oak for all cuvées from the Bourgogne Rouge through to the Charmes-Chambertin. All of the cuvées are bottled without fining or filtration. Graceful wines showing aromatic purity are the hallmark of this estate and many wine critics have earmarked Domaine Géantet-Pansiot as a producer to follow closely in the future.
