The wine is light in colour. Fresh lemon and lime flavours lead the nose, with citrus notes flowing onto the palate carried by well structured acidity reminiscent of lemon and pineapple fruit. The wine develops into a softer finish of medium to long length with hints of stone-fruit. Enchantingly refreshing, especially with a bright, citrus ceviche or a warm evening picnic.
