Deep red, with a slight black intensity. Intense fruit with blueberry and fruit cake characters and skillfully layered oak. Full-bodied and full of flavour, with black olive tapenade and smoked short rib characters. A subtle yet sleek wine that packs a flavour punch. Can be enjoyed young, however careful cellaring for 10-30 years will be rewarded.
Hand-picked, matured in French and American barriques (40% new) for 22 months. Vivid, deep crimsonpurple hue. This is an unabashed powerhouse dripping with black fruits, dark chocolate, licorice and earthy tannins to hold the fruit in place. Given it’s lifespan will challenge that of most who drink it
