Salinity is there, just giving you a quiet nudge. Subtle acid finish, suggests this will go for a good while.Probably wont be able to keep your hands off it.

The delicacy and refreshment, not to mention lusciousness of fruit, conveyed on this Kabinett’s lingering finish render it almost impossible for me to spit. “It was like that already in February,” remarked Christoph Schaefer with a grin."
