A striking bouquet of nettle, minerals, blackcurrent and an oak-infused spiciness. Made in a traditional Bordeaux style, the wine was fermented in new French oak, adding layers of complexity and flavour. A long fine line of acidity provides great length and finish

Wow. This is as strident, yet enjoyable, as any sauvignon blanc in Australia, fermented and matured in French oak for 4 months. It is a supple, rich and mouthfilling wine with almost freakish balance and mouthfeel picking up custard apple, peach, banana and a jolt of cleansing acidity.
2017 Larry Cherubino Sauvignon Blanc, Pemberton, a stylish, a serious sauvignon blanc. Touches of currants, snow peas and Thai basil. There is steely mineral edge that is softening to reveal the layered palate. A tiny tropical touch, that only adds to the beauty that this is. My new favourite Sauvignon Blanc
