Named in honour of proprietor Michael Twelftree's 12 year-old son Charlie, this wine epitomises Eden.
This Shiraz hits the palate with energy, impact and intense flavours, yet remains focused and linear. Pastille fruits provide brightness with complex notes of oolong tea, dried violet, pipe smoke and fresh black peppercorns morph through to Asian spice on the late palate. Tannins are chewy and the palate runs long filling every crevice.
