The fruit was handpicked and whole bunch pressed, then cold settled and wild fermented with 50% in stainless steel and 50% in old French puncheons (500L). The wine was bottled in September 2017.
The wine is refined and fresh, with bright fruit aromas and a lovely floral lift. Beautifully textured palate, delicious depth of fruit – with nashi pear and subtle spice. Seamless and refreshing, the wine finishes long and fine.

Hand-picked solely from Block 2, whole-bunch pressed, part fermented in used French puncheons. The aromas of the bouquet are positively heady with floral cherry blossom, then a textured and intense palate with far more to say for itself than all but a few of its combatants.
