Another rich and powerful wine, bridled by a stern, savoury tannic fibre that tucks in the billowing seams. Iodine, purple fruits, anise and a gentle grind of pepper. The oak, impeccably nestled into the fray. This is a delicious wine that will age well.

Inky red with purple hue. A very fragrant and perfumed aroma with lifted black plums, red cherry, hints of white pepper and cinnamon all enhanced by creamy oak. The palate is warm and generous. This is a very focused wine with flavours of blackberry and dark fruits flowing seamlessly through the palate. Ernest Allan is medium bodied and balanced with lively acidity and a silky finish.
