60% Chardonnay - 40% Pinot Noir; 5 to 7% vinified in wood. Aged 5-8 years minimum. The dress is golden yellow with a perfect shine, its beautiful effervescence of fine bubbles forms a creamy and persistent bead.Pleasant, open and fragrant, it reveals aromas of sweet fruit, peach, apricot and plum jam. Allowed to breathe, notes of dried fruits, figs, almonds and candied fruits are expressed, giving way on the finish to notes of spices and a hint of toast. Powerful, fruity and structured, it reveals great length on the finish.
The Haton house operates 60 hectares of vines (including 45 hectares of its own), mainly spread over six villages in the Marne Valley: Damery, Hautvillers (Premier Cru), Cumières (Premier Cru), Boursault, Fleury la Rivière, Vauciennes, Cuchery.
