Pierre-Vincent Girardin is the 13th generation of his family to make wine in Burgundy. With 4.5ha of vines under his own control, mostly in Meursault, Pommard and Volnay, he is crafting low-intervention, elegant and fine whites and reds. The whites see minimal new oak, with subtle bâtonnage. The reds, a similar goal of maintaining a silken, fine profile. He is a clear star on the rise.
