As far as this idiosyncratic style goes, this is very good. Far drier than the domestic norm. Root spice, pepper and clove, with a trail of tamarind and sassafras drawn long by a juicy bead. This is delicious fizz, mid-weighted of feel. I'd like to see it even older. Drink or hold.
