Hand-picked fruit was gently whole-bunch pressed into a tank and settled overnight. It was then transferred into French oak puncheons (16% New, 22% second use, 5% third use and 57 % older) and inoculated with a neutral yeast.
The bright straw-green hue heralds a beautifully handled wine. The fragrant bouquet of fused fruit and oak is increased on the harmonious, perfectly balanced palate. There's ultimate detail to the wine, with white peach all the way through to the finish and aftertaste.
