Partial fermentation and extended maturation on lees in French oak barrels. Boldly flaunting the full spectrum of chardonnay personality, from grapefruit and lemon to nectarine, pear and fig, even pawpaw and mango. The finish is pulled into line obediently by cool Tasmanian acidity. A great-value chardonnay, albeit without the polish of its senior sibling.
