Produced in the traditional Champenoise method from Chardonnay (63%) and Chardonnay (37%) grapes and aged for over 3 years on lees. Disgorged October 2023.
An aromatic nose of brioche, citrus and white flowers flows onto a palate featuring lemon biscuit, citrus pith, Granny Smith apple and hazelnut. With a crisp, dry finish this limited release wine is perfect as an aperitif while also having the body and complexity to suit dishes such as truffle Marion Bay chicken breast.
