Chardonnay steals the show on the Mornington Peninsula this vintage. All that refreshing acidity a driving force. There needs to be stuffing though, and here it comes in the form of stone fruit, citrus, a lovely nougatine flavour and creamy lees. Still tight and racy yet offering a lot of refreshment.
