Longview has long been a leader in Italian varietals in South Australia, and Jupiter is a brilliant showcase of their commitment to site-driven, expressive winemaking. The fruit is picked early to retain freshness, then fermented in stainless steel and aged in older oak barrels to soften edges without overpowering the fruit.

The wine opens with a burst of black cherry, ripe raspberry and blood plum, backed by hints of violet, baking spice and just a flicker of savoury earth. On the palate, it’s medium bodied, bright and supple, with zesty acidity that drives through to a tangy, clean finish. There's no heaviness here—just a deliciously moreish Barbera that feels effortless to drink.
